横山羊肉

Hengshan District,with its rolling hills and vast meadows,is home to the cashmere goats that graze on natural grasses and drink from pristine mountain springs.The region's unique geogra-phy and climate give rise to Hengshan lamb—tender,well-mar-bled,and free from any gamey taste.A local obsession with fla-vor perfection has even elevated the traditional stewing technique to a provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH)project,mak-ing Hengshan stewed lamb a renowned"northern Shaanxi delicacy."
横山区丘陵绵延、草甸广袤，生长在这里的白绒山羊吃的是天然饲草，饮的是纯净山泉水。独特的地理环境与气候条件，成就了横山羊肉肉质鲜嫩、肥瘦相间、无膻味等特性。当地人对羊肉口感的极致追求，推动其炖羊肉制作技艺入选省级非物质文化遗产项目名录，让横山炖羊肉成为一道响当当的“陕北美食”。
子洲黄芪

In summer,the mountains of Zizhou County burst to life with rows of thriving astragalus plants.Grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides,these medicinal herbs benefit from semi-wild cultiva-tion,which gives Zizhou astragalus signature sweet-ness and vibrant color.This root has become a pow-erful driver of local income and has helped unlock the region's broader potential in traditional Chinese medicine.Locally developed astragalus products,like herbal teas and eye masks,are now popular take-home souvenirs for tourists.
进入夏季，漫步在子洲县的群山间，一株株黄芪药苗长势正旺。不使用化肥、不喷洒农药，仿野生、半野生的特殊种植方式，造就了子洲黄芪味甜、色鲜的独特品质。小小的黄芪不仅带动了当地百姓实现增收，还释放了周边地区中药材产业发展潜力。黄芪茯茶、黄芪眼罩等当地研发的黄芪系列产品成为游客竞相采购的“伴手礼”。

Nestled in the fertile heart of the Guanzhong Plain,Da-li County is renowned as"China's top producer for winter jujubes."Thanks to its ideal natural conditions and ever-improving cultivation techniques,the region now grows more than 140 varieties of jujubes.Dali winter jujubes are known for thin skins,crisp texture,refreshing sweet-ness,and juicy snap in every bite.Riding the wave of the Belt and Road Initiative,these jujubes have made their way to over 20 international markets across Central Asia,Europe and other regions.
大荔县地处关中腹地，优质的资源禀赋和不断升级的栽培技术使得当地已栽培出140多个枣品种，享有“中国冬枣第一县”的美誉。这里产出的冬枣皮薄肉脆、清甜爆汁，吃起来一口一个“嘎嘣脆”。大荔冬枣还乘着“一带一路”的东风，远销中亚、欧洲等20多个海外市场。
华州皮影

Huazhou shadow puppetry has a history of over 2,000 years.It is listed both as a na-tional ICH project of China and a UNESCO Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heri-tage of Humanity.The puppets,crafted from premium Qinchuan cowhide,go throughmore than 20 meticulous steps.Each figure is marked by lifelike expressions,intricate carvings,and rich,vibrant colors.Performanc-es feature the melodious and expressive"Wanwanqiang"singing style,with puppe-teers skillfully animating the leather charac-ters through rhythmic percussion and deft handwork,bringing timeless stories to life on screen.
华州皮影戏至今已有2000多年的历史，现已被列入国家级非遗代表性项目名录和联合国教科文组织人类非遗代表作名录。华州皮影戏的皮影人物以秦川牛牛皮为原料，经过20多道工序制作而成，人物造型生动、刻工细腻多变、着色考究艳丽。其演绎以细腻悠扬的“碗碗腔”为主，艺术家们在敲拉弹打中灵活操作皮影，上演了一出出精彩纷呈的经典戏目。
汉中仙毫

Hanzhong is home to a fragrant green tea—Han-zhong Xianhao tea.Grown in the misty Qinba Moun-tains,this premium tea is prized for its bright green color,fresh and lingering flavor,and richness in natural nutrients.To promote its rich tea culture,Hanzhong has in recent years embraced an innovative model that blends tea production,hands-on experiences,and tour-ism.Dozens of scenic tea-themed travel routes now in-vite visitors to take in the region's lush landscapes while savoring a freshly brewed cup.
汉中孕育着一种清香四溢的绿茶——汉中仙毫。这款源自秦巴山区的绿茶珍品，以嫩绿清澈的汤色、鲜爽回甘的滋味、富含天然锌硒元素等特点而闻名。为进一步挖掘茶文化，近年来，汉中创新推广“茶叶生产+体验+旅游观光”模式，相继推出几十条茶旅观光体验线路，吸引游客前来赏美景、品香茗。
城固柑桔

Over 2,000 years ago,Zhang Qian departed from his hometown of Chenggu County,opening the gateway to the an-cient Silk Road.Today,Chenggu citrus is reaching markets across China and around the world.With a long history of citrus cultivation,the region produces brightly colored fruits known for their refreshing balance of sweet and sour taste,delighting consumers nationwide.Every October,the Chenggu citrus orchard scenic area hosts a cultural and tourism festi-val,drawing visitors from across the country to savor fresh citrus,soak in the scenery,and unwind among the groves.
两千多年前，张骞离开故里城固县，开拓了连接东西方的“丝绸之路”；如今，城固柑桔从这里走向全国乃至全球市场。城固县柑桔栽培历史悠久，产出的柑桔酸甜爽口、色泽鲜艳，深受消费者喜爱。每年十月，城固桔园景区都会举办汉中柑桔旅游文化节，吸引全国游客前来品桔赏景、休闲度假。

Shaanxi has been recognized as one of the best places in the world to grow apples by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.With ample sunshine,dramatic tempera-ture fluctuations between day and night,and fer-tile loess soil,the apples are rich in color,crispin texture,and perfectly sweet and tart.From the bright red apples of Tongchuan to the plump,juicy ones from Baishui,each bite of dif-ferent Shaanxi apples is bursting with flavor.
Yulin 榆林
Stepping into the Northern Shaanxi Folk Song Museum,you'll be capti-vated by the soaring melodies of Xintianyou,echoing the simple yet heart-felt spirit of the local people.While in Yulin,don't miss the locally grown Jingbian buckwheat.Grown on the highlands,the full-grained and nutritious buckwheat is a gift from nature.
Yan'an 延安
In Yan'an,you'll find not only historic landmarks like Hukou Waterfall and Pagoda Hill,but also local specialties that are well worth discover-ing.Huanglong walnuts from the nearby mountains are thin-shelled,rich in flavor and crunchy,and packed with vitamins—no wonder they're a must-buy for visitors.
Weinan 渭南

Xi'an 西安
In Xi'an,every step echoes with history—from the Daming Palace to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda,from the Terracotta Warriors to the Huaqing Pal-ace Heritage Site.Lantian jade,soft and smooth like cream,is one of Chi-na's earliest-known jades.In Zhouzhi County,the kiwifruits are juicy,tender,and bursting with a sweet-sour goodness,which give you an unforgettable taste.
Xianyang 咸阳

Baoji 宝鸡

Shangluo 商洛
Nestled on the southern slopes of the eastern Qin-ling Mountains,Shangluo is blessed with natural beau-tyand abundant resources.The black fungus from Zhashui grows deep in the mountains.It's thick,springy,and often referred to as"black pearls of the wild."Under the misty skies of Yungai Temple,you will enjoy a bowl of handmade noodles air-dried with mountain spring water while watching the mist swirl around you.What a joy！

Driven by a commitment to innovation and proactive development,Shaanxi has defined its goal of intellectual property(IP)advancement as writing a new chapter and setting an example for the western region.In 2019,the Intellectual Property Office of Shaanxi and CIPN jointly launched a media campaign titled"GI Journey through Shaanxi,"in an ef-fort to further identify Shaanxi's existing IP strengths,distill best practic-es,and promote continuous improvement.Taking GIs as the entry point,the campaign has leveraged the synergy between government and media.Through in-depth research and interviews,the campaign has uncovered compelling stories of IP in Shaanxi,marking a pioneering step in panoramic,multimedia reporting on regional IP de-velopment across China.
